ISF Hip / Booty Bands

ISF Hip & Booty Bands come in two sizes, small and medium.  Note we find the Medium is about what the majority of people seem to prefer.  If you have a smaller frame, we suggest the small, however the small will be tighter if you’re looking for max resistance.  Color choice is Red or Black with black stitching at this time.  We skipped large as in our testing most people preferred the Small and Medium sizes.

These are great to use in warm up before weight lifting, especially on leg days, or in general warm up or even during cardio burning sessions.  They target the glutes and assist in keeping the hips from tightening up so the focus is on the hips rather than the knees.
