Multi-Grip Cambered Swiss Bar rackable allows for alternate grip positions to target specific muscle groups. The barbell accommodates 2″ olympic weight plates and is ideal for advanced training when the straight Olympic Bar alone is not producing the desired result in your training. Standard 2″ collars will fit the bar (included).
